Simple Volunteer Scheduling Without the Spreadsheet Chaos.

Volunteers claim and drop their own shifts, so you can see what's short weeks ahead. Built for nonprofits and community groups — 100% Free to Use, Ad-Free, nothing to download.

In use by Smoke-N-Blaze Crafts, a paper crafts and card-making club in California.

Two views, one simple app

The same schedule, tailored to who's looking — volunteers manage their own spots, coordinators see the whole roster.

Volunteer view — a week of food-pantry shifts, each labelled with how many of its places are filled and color-coded by whether it still needs people
What volunteers see — every shift says how full it is; sign up or cancel your own spot in a tap.
Coordinator view of that same week — every shift lists its full roster by name, with group-account members marked
What coordinators see — the same week, with every roster in full; group and family members are marked.

How it works

Three steps, and no spreadsheet to keep straight.

  1. Post your shifts

Recurring shifts, one-off events, or a monthly pattern — mapped once, in minutes.

  2. Volunteers sign up from their phone

They pick the shift they want in a few taps — signing in with an emailed link, so there is no password to remember and no app to install.

  3. Watch the gaps close

Every shift shows how full it is, so you see what's short weeks ahead instead of on the day.

A volunteer's phone showing one day in the Kitchen: Breakfast Prep 2 of 3 filled, Serving Breakfast 4 of 6, Lunch Prep full at 5 of 5 with their own name on it, Serving Lunch 4 of 6
What a volunteer sees on their phone. Each shift says how full it is — and only their own name is on it. Tapping one signs them up.

Volunteer Scheduling Application

Stop chasing volunteers and managing signups. Give your community a simple, self-service schedule they'll actually use.

Self-service scheduling

Volunteers sign up and cancel their own spots from any phone — nothing to install.

Family & team accounts

One login can cover a whole family or team.

Volunteer check-in

Record who actually showed up — a front-desk tablet or a volunteer's own phone — for check-in hours and a fill rate.

Hours & impact reports

Scheduled and check-in hours, volunteers, economic value, and by-program capacity & fill — by month, quarter, or year for grants and boards.

As many coordinators as you need

Add unlimited team leaders — each runs their own area. No single-admin bottleneck.

No third-party ads

Volunteers see your organization, not someone else's advertising.

Capacity limits, confirmations and reminders, printable rosters, cancelling an occupied shift, changing who is on one, branding and the admin audit trail are all covered in the full product description.

Privacy & trust

Your organization's data belongs to your organization.

  • Volunteers only ever see their own shifts — they can see that a shift is 3 of 6 filled, but not who those three are, and never a program they are not part of. Their browser is not sent the other names at all, so it is not a matter of hiding them on the screen.
  • You can always see who changed what — a tamper-evident record of anyone who deleted a program or an account, changed someone's role, or called off a shift people had already signed up for.
  • Nobody is watching your volunteers — no ads, and nothing in the app reports their activity to anyone else.

About

At Your Services is the work of Russ McFadden — building focused, dependable software for organizations that coordinate people. The goal is simple: practical tools, sensible configuration, and security that's built in rather than bolted on. Small nonprofits rarely have dedicated IT staff, so setup and onboarding are currently provided free of charge — and free hosted options may be available for qualifying organizations. Just ask.
